HB 270, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing for the relinquishment of interest and penalties on State, and other defined subdivisions of the State taxes, other than incorporated cities and towns delinquent up to and including November 30, 1932, provided said taxes are paid prior to November 30, 1934, and no suits shall be instigated for collection of same prior to November 30, 1934.
