Relating to amending certain statute relating to the method of taking fish in certain fresh waters in certain counties, and prohibiting all other tackle; making it unlawful to possess certain species of fish of less length than specified in this Act, and increasing the length of catfish to twelve inches; prescribing a penalty; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act, except certain statute.
