Relating to amending certain statute relating to reversals of errors of substance and merit by adding thereto certain provisos to the effect that the Courts of Civil Appeals shall not reverse a judgment for errors not calculated to cause, and which probably did not cause, rendition of an improper judgment, or probably prevent appellant from making a proper presentation of the case on appeal; and providing that invalidity of a part of this Act shall not invalidate any other part; and repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict therewith.
