Relating to providing the method by which assignees and transferees of corporate stock and the certificates thereof, and of corporate indebtedness, may be registered upon the records of such corporation, and providing for recovery of liquidated damages of any corporation which fails or refuses to promptly receive and register and redeliver the same.
