Relating to amending certain statute granting unto the municipal authorities of the City of Austin, Texas, the right to establish, operate, and maintain a public municipal auditorium upon certain land, so as to grant the City of Austin for ninety-nine years the said land for a municipal auditorium and market, and so as to grant to the City of Austin for ninety-nine years the said land for public square and fire station.
