Relating to amending certain statute relating to the district court for the Thirty-second Judicial District so as to change the dates of convening the district court in the counties of the Thirty-second Judicial District of Texas; abolishing the Special District Court of the Thirty-second Judicial District of Texas; amending certain statute relating to the district court for the Seventieth Judicial District of the State of Texas so as to include Howard County in the Seventieth Judicial District, and to change the dates of convening of the district court in the counties of the Seventieth Judicial District.
