HB 65, 43rd R.S.
Relating to requiring the clerk of any court or justice of the peace of this State, whose duty it is to approve any cost bond, appeal bond, supersedeas bond, or other bond for the security for costs, to first require each surety thereon to make affidavit that he owns, in his own name, property in this State, subject to execution over and above his legal exemptions, and over and above any and all prior obligations as a surety, sufficient to pay the obligation of said bond; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
