Relating to authorizing the Board of Trustees, of the Public Free Schools, of the State of Texas, to make appropriations of funds and/or other property, heretofore donated, or which may hereafter be donated to them, and not heretofore appropriated for any specific purpose, and when the specific purpose of the donated has not been stated, or provided for by the donor, for the purpose of creating, maintaining, and establishing a retirement fund for the present and future superintendents, principals, supervisors, teachers, and other regularly salaried employees of said schools, in their respective districts.
