HB 762, 43rd R.S.
Relating providing for periodical inquiries by the State Depository Board as to the rate of interest to be paid by the State depositories, conferring power on said Board to adjust suchy rate of interest from time to time, and providing that any State depository or reserve depository, considering itself to be aggrieved by such action of the Board, shall have the right to cancel its contract, as provided by certain statute.
