Relating to staying all sales under execution, order of sale, or under any deed of trust, mortgage, or other contract, giving or granting any power of sale of real, personal, or mixed property for debt, now advertised, to be made on March 7, 1933, for a period of four weeks from said date, providing that no other or further advertisement of notice of any such sale than that lawfully given for sale on April 4, 1933, making void all sales in violation of this Act; extending the time for return.
