Relating to eliminating the requirement of the payment of a poll tax for the year 1933, and providing for the payment of a registration fee in lieu of the poll tax for 1933, where poll tax has not been paid when this Act becomes effective; providing for paying registration fee between January 1, 1933, and July 25, 1933.
