Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas by amending Sections 2, 5, 25, and 26 of Article III of the Constitution of the State of Texas, so as to provide for the number of Members of the Legislature, the time of meeting, compensation for the Members of the Legislature, and providing for the apportionment of Senatorial Districts.
