SB 257, 43rd R.S.
Relating to the investment of sinking funds created for the purpose of paying the bonds of any county, city, town, school district, or improvement district; requiring the treasurer or other depository of any such county, city, town, or district to report to the State Comptroller each purchase of bonds as investments for such sinking funds, and the amount paid therefor; prescribing penalty for failure to make such report, and the method of recovering such penalty.
