SB 284, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that any banking corporation , association or individual banker (other than a national bank) designated as a county depository or as a city depository, and having on deposit any county or city funds or funds of any political subdivision of the State, shall be subject to control and examination by the Banking commissioner of the State of Texas in all respects, as is provided for state banks and trust companies under the provisions of certain statute.
