Relating to fixing the term of office of School trustees of independent school districts heretofore created by special Acts of the Legislature, having the Board of seven (7) trustees and having included within their boundaries a city whose population was in excess of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand and less than Two Hundred Forty Thousand as shown by the last preceding Federal census.
