Relating to authorizing the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas and other State officials to recognize assignments of salary due or to become due each month to any and every employee of any department of the State of Texas, to any life insurance company licensed to transact business in the State of Texas, for the purpose of paying premiums on policies of insurance on the life of the assignor or members of the assignor's immediate family.
