SB 73, 43rd R.S.
Relating to requiring all candidates for State, district, county and precinct offices in primary elections, in addition to the requirements now provided by law, to include in said request for place on primary ballot, a statement signed and acknowledged by the candidate, that the candidate supported and voted for all candidates of the party (naming the political party) at the next preceding general election in Texas.
