HB 17, 43rd 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that the manufacture, sale, barter, exchange, possession, and transportation of spirituous, vinous, or malt liquors, or medicated bitters, capable of producing intoxication, or any other intoxicant whatever, shall be lawful when made under the provisions of this Act; making it unlawful for any physician to prescribe such liquors without a permit.
