SB 37, 43rd 2nd C.S.
Relating to permitting any county one or more of the boundaries of which is coincident with any part of the international boundary between the United States and Mexico, or any county contiguous to any county of such described class, by resolution of the County Commissioners' Court of any such county, to agree to certain actions; and authorizing any such county and the officers thereof to do any and all things necessary to comply with and perform any such agreement so made and to make conveyances to the United States.
