Relating to appropriating $12,500 out of any funds of the State of Texas, not otherwise appropriated, to be used to pay additional expenses of publication of eight proposed amendments to the Constitution of Texas and for the subsequent holding of a general election at which said amendments are to be voted upon, said amount herein appropriated to be used as payment of any difference in the amount of the cost of the publication of said eight proposed amendments and holding of said election over and above the amounts of money already apporpriated for said purposes.
