HB 122, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Texas; permitting any defendant in a criminal action to testify on his own behalf and where there are two or more defendants jointly tried or indicted, either may be called to testify for or against the other or others, provided however that such defendant so testifying shall not be required to give evidence against himself nor to answer any question the answer to which would incriminate him.
