HB 190, 44th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful after January 1, 1936, to operate on any public highway or street a motor vehicle manufactured or assembled after said date, designed or used to carry passengers for hire, or as a public conveyance to transport school children or others, unless such vehicle be equipped with safety glass; and making it unlawful after July 1, 1936, to operate on any public highway or street any motor vehicle registered in this State, and manufactured or assembled after said date, unless such vehicle be equipped with safety glass.
