Relating to amending a certain Section of the General Laws of the 43rd Legislature (1st C.S.); authorizing the Texas State Parks Board to acquire State Park sites by purchase, gift, or otherwise, and to improve, beautify, and equip and to contract with any person, firm, or corporation for the improvement, beautification, or equipment of the State Parks of the State to such an extent as the said board might deem advisable, and extending the authority of such board to purchase such sites for a period of two years from the effective date of this Act.
