HB 513, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; the sale of real estate by guardians by providing that before any sale by a guardian shall be confirmed or the title of the ward to such real estate shall pass to the purchaser, the court shall find and determine that the general bond of the guardian is in an amount equal to double the value of the personal property on hand.
