HB 514, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; confirmation of sales by requiring the court to determine and find that the guardian's general bond is in a sum equal to double the value of the personal property on hand, including the amount for which the real estate is being sold before confirming such sale, and providing that the title to such real estate shall not pass until the provisions hereof shall be strictly complied with.
