HB 546, 44th R.S.
Relating to providing that any corporation operating and doing business in the State of Texas shall, upon demand therefor, deliver to any common or preferred stockholder of such corporation a complete list of all of the common and/or preferred stockholders of such corporation within a period of fifteen days after demand therefor.
