Relating to amending a certain Section of the General Laws of the 39th Legislature (R.S.); making it unlawful for any person to kill, take, or have in his possession for barter or sale within a period of ten years of the passage of this Act, any wild beaver, wild otter, or wild fox, or the pelts thereof.
