Relating to providing for the relief of Eagle Pass Independent School District of Maverick County, Texas, in order to aid the school district in accommodating the large growth of population due to the development of Quemado Valley Irrigation Settlement which covers a portion of the Eagle Pass Independent School District of 1934.
