Proposing an amendment to Section 2 of Article III of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing that on and after the second Tuesday in January, 1939, the House of Representatives shall consist of 96 members, and shall never be increased above taht number, and the Senate shall consist of 48 members, and shall never be increased above that number.
