Relating to requiring every person, firm, association, corporation, trust or syndicate engaged or hereafter engaged in the drilling, redrilling or deepening of any oil or gas well to file certain indemnity bonds with the Commissioner of Labor Statistics to secure laborers working on such wells; fixing penalties.
