SB 12, 44th 1st C.S.
Relating to providing that all bonds, notes or warrants heretofore issued or which have been authorized but not yet issued or which may be hereafter issued under the provisions of certain statutes, including all amendments thereto, to aid in financing any undertaking for which a loan or grant has been made by the United States through the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works shall be negotiable instruments.
