Relating to creating a fund for Old Age Assistance; granting old age assistance to resident citizens of the State of Texas over the age of 65 years and prescribing the qualifications prerequisite to such assistance; providing that such payments shall not be subject to debts, and making it an offense to obtain such assistance by false statements, and prescribing penalty therefor.
