HB 142, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that peace officers shall remove motor vehicles from traffic upon probable cause to believe such motor vehicle is about to be operated by a person in any degree under the influence of intoxicating liquor, or while a passenger therein is boisterous, drunken and unruly to such a degree as to be likely to make it unsafe for the driver thereof to operate same; providing it shall be unlawful for drunken, boisterous or unruly person to cause accident by motor vehicle, and providing penalty therefor.
