Relating to providing for the repeal for that part of "The Securities Act"; defining a security as a "certificate of any instrument representing any interest in or under an oil, gas or mining lease, fee or title" and defining such interest as real estate; providing certain exemptions; providing any one act prohibited herein shall be a violation hereof.
