Relating to providing for the regulation of the quality and pressure of natural gas to be sold and delivered to consumers by all persons, firms, associations, or corporations engaged in the business of distributing such products in Texas; setting lawful standards; declaring this Act to be cumulative of all other Acts regulating the quality and pressure of natural gas and providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
