HB 529, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that the governing boards of all institutions of collegiate rank supported in whole or in part by funds of the State of Texas shall exempt all citizens of Texas who are the children of men and women who died in active service during the World War or from disability incurred in the line of duty during said war from the payment of all dues, fees and charges whatsoever for tuition.
