HB 624, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful to take any fish for sale from the waters of Lake Corpus Christi, situated in the Counties of San Patricio, Jim Wells, and Live Oak, or from the waters of the Nueces River between Calallen Dam and west boundary line of Live Oak County, including all of the tributaries of the Nueces River within the boundaries of Live Oak County, San Patricio County, and Nueces County; providing a closed season for fishing in said waters; providing a suitable penalty for any violation of this Act.
