HB 956, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing for the registration by residents of Potter and Randall Counties, Texas, who are owners of a motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer, used or to be used upon the public highways of this State, in either the County of Potter or Randall, and authorizing any such applicant to make payment of the registration fee, now or hereafter required by law to be paid, to either of said counties to which such application is made by such resident.
