SB 315, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that the Clerks of the District Courts shall upon filing of a plea of privilege dispatch by registered mail a notice and certified copy of such plea to the attorneys of the adverse party and that within five days of the receipt of such notice, contraverting plea must be filed under oath setting out the fact or facts relied upon conferring venue in the Court where the cause is pending.
