SB 437, 45th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful for butane, or liquified petroleum gas, or artificial or natural gas to be handles, stored, sold or distributed in this State by any person, firm, corporation, or other concern, without first being malodorized or odorized, so that it will be perceptible and recognizable by the sense of smell; providing penalties for failure of any person, firm, corporation, or association and their officers to comply herewith.
