Relating to fixing the compensation of official shorthand reporters in District Courts, Criminal District Courts and County Courts-at-Law in all counties having a population of more than three hundred and twenty-five thousand (325,000) and less than three hundred and fifty-five thousand (355,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census.
