HB 36, 45th 1st C.S.
Relating to amending certain statute relating to the selection of qualified jurors in certain counties as shown by the tax lists in the Tax Assessor's office for the current year, by providing that after the effective date of this Act, the provisions of said statute shall not apply to counties containing, according to the last preceding Federal Census, a population of not less than twenty-five thousand (25,000) and not more than thirty-seven thousand and five hundred (37,500) and containing a city with a population, according to the last preceding Federal Census, of more than twenty-five thousand (25,000).
