Relating to providing that in counties having a population of forty thousand nine hundred and five (40,905) and not more than forty thousand nine hundred and twenty-five (40,925) according to the preceding Federal Census, the County Judge may appoint a court stenographer to be called and known as the official County Court Reporter of the County Court.
