SB 10, 45th 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that in counties having a population of not less than forty-eight thousand nine hundred (48,900) and not more than forty-nine thousand (49,000) inhabitants, according to the preceding Federal Census, the County Judge may employ one person as office assistant, bookkeeper and stenographer at a salary to be fixed by the County Judge, not to exceed Eighteen Hundred ($1,800.00) Dollars per annum.
