Relating to fixing the compensation of Sheriffs in all counties of the State of Texas having a population of not less than twenty-seven thousand, two hundred and thirty-five (27,235) and not more than twenty-seven thousand, three hundred (27,300), according to the last preceding Federal Census, in which there are no District Attorneys.
