Relating to amending a certain Article of the Penal Code relating to entering upon the inclosed or uninclosed land of another without the consent of the owner and hunt with firearms or catch any game thereon, or thereon catching or taking or attempting to catch or take any fish from any pond, lake, tank, or stream on said land; providing a penalty.
