Relating to providing for acquiring and acceptance of title from San Felipe Park Association and Corporation of San Felipe de Austin to about six hundred, fifty (650) acres of land situated in Austin County, Texas; providing for management and control, fencing, beautifying and improving said land; the same to be designated by name as "Stephen F. Austin State Park."
