Relating to requiring any person, firm or corporation advertising goods, wares, merchandise over radio, in newspaper or through any other medium of advertising in which a prize is given away in contest to publish in newspaper in each county where contest is carried on a description of prize, its value and rules of contest; provides penalty for its violation.
