SB 325, 46th R.S.
Relating to establishing a system of civil service in all cities of this State with not less than 200,000 population and not more than 260,000 population according to the last and any future Federal Census applying to and covering all officers and employees, with certain exceptions, in the Fire and Police Departments in said cities; providing that all officers and employees thus placed under such civil service system shall be de jure and not de facto officers and employees.
