SB 92, 46th R.S.
Relating to providing that all bonds for road construction purposes which have been issues and sold in certain counties, where the proceeds of the sale of bonds has been expended in whole or in part upon a highway which has been temporarily or permanently designated as a part of the State Highway System, shall be entitled to participate in the State Highway Fund.
